- Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the deposit.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, okz365 may delay or hold a withdrawal.
- If the wagering requirements of any bonus have not been met, the withdrawal process will not begin.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example — if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. Or if you deposit ৳22,000 the bonus will be ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳37,000.
- To receive this bonus, the wagering requirement must be met: the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
- The welcome bonus is available to each user one time only.
- To withdraw winnings earned with a bonus, meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory.
- okz365 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
3.2 General Bonus Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonus and promotional offers:
- A bonus may only be used in accordance with the terms of that specific promotion.
- Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts or false information will result in cancellation.
- Bonuses may be subject to an expiry period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

Staying regularly active and playing consistently opens up the opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers. Tier assignment is at the sole discretion of okz365.
5.2 Cashback Payment Terms
- Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week.
- The cashback amount is calculated based on net losses.
- The account must be active and verified to receive cashback.
